PAT & OSCAR'S OFFERS FIRST-EVER ORGANIC MEAL CHOICES

New, Healthier Options Throughout the Menu
SAN DIEGO – As part of an ongoing process to provide fresh, healthy and delicious fast casual meal choices, Pat & Oscar’s Restaurants (www.patandoscars.com) has added several new menu items geared toward the health-conscious diner. Pat & Oscar’s is offering its first-ever organic choices, including a new Organic Spinach Leaf Salad and organic side dishes on its “Just For Kids” menu.
In addition to the organic menu items, the company now offers a vegetable barley (vegetarian) soup and has brought back the popular Mandarin Chicken Salad in response to customer’s requests.
“We are proud to offer new options and healthier alternatives throughout our menu,” said John Wright, Pat & Oscar’s chairman and CEO. “We launched a completely trans-fat-free menu over a year ago, and these new menu items represent our ongoing commitment to offering fresh, hearty and health-conscious choices for everyone in the family,” he added.
The three Just For Kids meals (Pasta, Pizza or Chicken) are accompanied by all-new side dishes, including organic applesauce, veggie sticks, trans-fat-free potato wedges and breadsticks, giving parents multiple options to create a well-rounded, nutritious meal for their child. Kids’ beverage choices have also been expanded to now include organic milk (both chocolate and regular).
Just For Kids meals are priced at $3.99 and are available at all 19 Southern California Pat & Oscar’s locations. Each meal is specially prepared for kids 12 and under and includes a kids’ beverage and a side dish.
