Management Training
|
We are committed to train every new manager to successfully manage a Pat &
Oscars restaurant and grow the business.
Requirements/Expectations: Management Training Process
Weeks 1-5 - Work in Certified Training Restaurant (CTR) with support
and training from GM, Field Trainer and Training Department
- Orientation (Restaurant Support Office)
- TM training (FOH & HOH)
To include, but not limited to:
- MIT Guide
- MIT Responsibilities and Expectations
- Menu Knowledge
- Standards
- Team Building- relationships, learn names, etc
- Cater/Sell days
- Cleanliness and Sanitation
- Pat & Oscars Guest Service- WOW
- MIT Skills Inventory
Week 6 - Work in Certified Training Restaurant (CTR) with support and
training from GM, FT (if applicable) and training department
- KM Shadow Shifts
- Ordering and Receiving Product
- MIT Skills Inventory
Weeks 7-8 - Work in Home restaurant with GM and management team
- Manager Training- Shadow Shifts
To include, but not limited to:
- MIT Skills Inventory
- MBWA
- Manager Walk- importance and necessity
- Menulink Knowledge
- Off Premise Knowledge
- Successfully run a shift Both FOH and HOH
- Floor management
- Deployment of teams during busy and slow times
- Phasing (HOH & FOH)
6 Months (post training) Working in home restaurant with support
and guidance from GM, management team and Market Partner
- Goal Setting and Professional Development
- Leadership Development
- Management Team Feedback/Interaction
- Business Development
- Off Premise- Sell days
- Community Involvement
- Attend ServSafe class and successfully pass the serv safe test
- ServSafe certification must be maintained by being renewed (retested)
every 3 years
