Our Leadership Team

Pat & Oscar’s have assembled an experienced Leadership Team with significant retail food experience, as well as a long history of operating in California. Collectively with over 65 years of retail food-related experience Pat & Oscar’s Leadership Team is committed to contributing to the continued success of Pat & Oscar’s.

John Wright
Chairman, CEO

John Wright joined Pat & Oscar’s as President and Chief Executive Officer in January 2004. Mr. Wright has over 30 years of experience in the fast food, casual and “quick casual” dining segments. Prior to joining Pat & Oscar’s , Mr. Wright was employed by the Metromedia Restaurant Group’ based in Plano, Texas, serving in several capacities during his tenure there (President, Bennigan’s Grill and Tavern ,President, Metromedia Steakhouse Division; President, International Division and Executive Vice President, Franchise Administration & Worldwide Development).

Earlier in his career, Wright was President and Chief Operating Officer, International Division for Wendy’s International and prior to that assignment, spent 14 years with the PepsiCo Restaurant Division (now Yum! Brands) in senior officer positions in domestic and international assignments.

Brent Dunkin
CFO

Mr. Dunkin is the Chief Financial Officer for Pat & Oscar’s and his been with the company for 5 years. He is responsible for strategic planning, budgeting, financial reporting, ad-hoc analysis, cash handling controls and procedures, and real estate investment ROI analysis. He reports directly to the CEO as the top financial person in division with four direct reports including Information Technology and Property departments. Prior to joining Pat & Oscar’s ®, he was Manager of Financial Planning and Analysis for Plantronics, Inc., a $400 million headset manufacturer. Mr. Dunkin was also Director of Accounting for Chicago Pizza and Brewery (BI’s Pizza & Brewery) and was responsible for all accounting functions including system controls and administration, daily cash and sales, accounts.

George Hunter
COO

Mr. Hunter been with Pat & Oscar’s Restaurants since 1998. In his role as Chief Operations Officer Mr. Hunter is responsible for the personnel and operational management of the company, including all restaurant operations, district managers and training functions. Mr. Hunter has also held several key positions at Pat & Oscar’s including General Manager, District Manager, Market Partner and Regional Director of Operations. Prior to joining Pat & Oscar’s Mr. Hunter was employed by Sears & Roebuck based in Salt Lake City, Utah.

Brian Horne
Director of Marketing

Mr. Horne is the Director of Marketing for Pat & Oscar’s and has been with the company for over three years. In his position, Mr. Horne is responsible for all marketing, advertising, collateral development, partnership programs and marketing management for Pat & Oscar’s. Additionally, Mr. Horne is responsible for the creation, design and facilitation of the annual marketing plan and budget. Mr. Horne also manages all Public Relations efforts with the goal of enhancing the overall community relationships on behalf of Pat & Oscar’s throughout the company's core markets.

Amy McGuinness
Director of Purchasing and Culinary Development

Ms. McGuinness is the Director of Purchasing and Culinary Development for Pat & Oscar’s and has been with the company for two years. She is responsible for procurement of all items used in the restaurants and development of all new menu items. Prior to joining Pat & Oscar’s ®, she was Culinary Service Manager for Garden Fresh Restaurant Corp. Ms. McGuinness was responsible for all commercialization of recipes, food specifications and food cost modeling. In her 17 years with Garden Fresh, she occupied several different positions in field operations and at headquarters.

Stacey Fredricksen
Director of Human Resources

Stacey Frederiksen is the Director of Human Resources for Pat & Oscar’s and is responsible for the complete human resource function for the Company. This includes creating a positive work environment through the enhancement of a corporate culture conducive to hard work and lots of fun. Her role also includes recruitment, insurance negotiations, compensation, performance management, leadership training, employment law compliance, workman’s compensation and employee relations. Stacey joined the Pat & Oscar’s team in Feb 2005.

Nikki Nuzilillo
Director of Training and Development

Ms. Nuzzolillo is the Director of Training for Pat & Oscar’s and has been with the company for 1 year. She is responsible for designing, planning, and implementing education and development initiatives, training programs, policies and standards. Nikki strategically aligns training and communication with the needs of the organization, and researches new training programs and techniques and suggests/implements enhancements to existing training programs.
