- Reside in territory of development

- Knowledge of your market or development area
- P&L Management experience
- Experience managing people, relationships and vendors
- Successful restaurant experience and entrepreneurial skills
Financial Information/Requirements:
- $1,000,000 liquid assets
- $3,000,000 total net worth
- Franchise term is 10 years plus a 10 year renewal
- Franchise fee is $50,000
