  You may pick up a Family Rewards Card at your local Pat & Oscar's.
• What is a Family Rewards Card?
  The Family Rewards Card is a points per dollar spent loyalty card where you earn exclusive rewards and member-only benefits every time your purchase at Pat & Oscar's.
• Where did my points go?
  Upon registering your card your points will start to convert to the $5 reward every time the 50 point threshold is reached. You will see the points deducted from the points balance column, and then a $5 value added in the stored value column. If this is not the case, please contact FamilyRewards@breadstick.com.
• I can't register my card online?
  If you have tried to register your card and are receiving an error message or not activated message please email your 16 digit family rewards card number and any pertaining details to FamilyRewards@breadstick.com and we will be happy to assist you.
• What do I do if I lost my card?

• How can I get points added for a previous visit when I forgot to bring in my card?
  Send requests to FamilyRewards@breadstick.com with your 16 digit family rewards card number along with your receipt information and we will evaluate your request.
