Pat & Oscar's Family Rewards Rules

What are the rules and regulations of the Family Rewards Card?

• Points will continually accrue and NEVER expire.
• There is a daily point limit of 400 per card.
• Purchases from the Catering Menu are not valid.
• Points will not be issued on the redemption of Pat & Oscar’s Gift Cards.
• Points may only be earned by one Family Rewards cardholder per check.
• Points are not accrued on the tax of a purchase.
• All discounts must be given before accruing points on a purchase.
• Points will be rounded to the nearest whole number of the purchase (i.e. a $12.49 purchase will round down to 12 points while a $12.51 purchase will round up to 13 points).
• Points will not be advanced for early reward redemption. Any money beyond the amount on the card needed to pay for a purchase will require another form of payment.
• The Rewards Card or registered card number must be presented at the time of purchase to earn points.
• Points cannot be issued retroactively.
• Earned rewards will automatically print on the guest’s receipt. Cardholders do not need to present a receipt to redeem rewards. Rewards are stored by the computer system and are automatically updated.
• Rewards may only be redeemed by one Family Reward cardholder per check.
• Rewards may not be redeemed on the purchase of alcohol.
• Rewards are non-transferable and are not redeemable for cash.
• Employees of Pat & Oscar’s or their affiliated companies or agencies and their immediate families are not eligible to participate.
• Pat & Oscar’s is not responsible for lost or stolen cards, points and/or rewards. However, Pat & Oscar’s will transfer any points/rewards still on the card at the time the loss is reported to a new card.
• Pat & Oscar’s can, at its discretion, modify the program rewards or substitute rewards of comparable value without notice. Pat & Oscar’s reserves the right to discontinue this program at any time. In the event that this program is discontinued, cardholders will be allowed to redeem any rewards that they have already been issued, prior to the stated expiration date.
• Pat & Oscar’s reserves the right to discontinue membership privileges and void a cardholder’s point balance and rewards if any unauthorized points are earned or redeemed, or there is any unauthorized use of the program.
