PAT & OSCAR'S PROMOTES TWO TO DISTRICT MANAGER
Long-Time Team Members Move Into Key Management Roles

SAN DIEGO – Two long-time Pat & Oscar’s team members have been moved into key management roles as District Managers for the San Diego region.  Based on the company’s expansion with new locations, Pat & Oscar’s has split the San Diego District Manager position into two roles – San Diego North and San Diego South.  Previous San Diego District Manager George Hunter was promoted to Chief Operating Officer earlier this year and these new District Managers take over his duties.

Mike McNally has been named San Diego South District Manager and Lisa Grogg is now San Diego North District Manager.  Both have been with Pat & Oscar’s for numerous years and are extremely skilled in all aspects of operations, management, customer service, training and development.

McNally has been with Pat & Oscar’s for the last seven years, working most recently as General Manager at the company’s Mission Valley location.  He has served as General Manager in multiple Los Angeles, San Diego and Orange County locations and is thrilled to direct the San Diego South operations.  “San Diego is a core market for Pat & Oscar’s and we are growing with new locations in EastLake and San Marcos this year, so it’s a great time to help guide this growth,” he commented.  A resident of the Pacific Beach area, McNally has a degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management from Northern Arizona University.

Lisa Grogg moves into her position as San Diego North District Manager after serving as General Manager at the Temecula restaurant for nearly seven years.  Previous to her tenure at Pat & Oscar’s, she was a senior manager at San Diego’s prestigious George’s At the Cove for five years.  Her 25-year-plus career in the restaurant business began at the Rusty Pelican/Boathouse chain, where she worked for 17 years, moving up through the ranks from hostess to eventually finishing as a senior manager.  Grogg resides in Escondido and calls the San Diego North County community her specialty.

McNally and Grogg’s promotions are in line with Pat & Oscar’s recent growth and restructuring plans.  The company is adding four to six restaurants in Southern California in the next 12 months and has moved key team members into upper management positions to guide the growth.
